Special Meeting - Site Walk
Meeting Minutes
Meeting Venue: 17 Shipyard Road, Middle Haddam
Commissioners Present: Peter Walsh [Chairperson], Margaret Faber [Clerk], Doug Mackeown, Ned Costello, Rick Walsh, Ray Krupa
Start: The Site-Walk began at 9 am.
Observation: It was observed and concluded unanimously that the proposed project of a new 12’ x 32’ deck and railing, and the change of location of a doorway on the lower level of the building will not be visible from a public street, way or place.
Conclusion: Therefore in accordance with section 4B of the MHHDC Ordinance work may proceed without a Certificate of Appropriateness.
Action: The Clerk will write a letter to this effect to the applicant and will copy the Building Department, Town Clerk’s Office and the permanent MHHDC files.
Finish: The Site-Walk ended at 9:35 am.
