Minutes
Present: Christopher Goff, William Devine, Susan Weintraub, Town Manager Jeffery O’Keefe.
Mr. Goff called the meeting to order at 6:30pm.
Discussions included:
- The Plan of Conservation and Development has regulations for open space.
- Available acreage - 403 acres. This should be compared to other towns.
- Research current infrastructure, i.e. schools, fire stations, WPCA, ambulance, parks & recreation, town hall, etc. to determine if there is any land around these available properties for sale.
- Determine wetland and watershed areas.
A motion was made by Mr. Devine, seconded by Ms. Weintraub, to adjourn the meeting at 7:00 p.m.
