A Special Meeting was held on September 28, 2010 at Chatham Acres at 9:15am. Members present were Patricia Dufour, Tom Denman, Jo Ann Ewing, Ann McLaughlin, Monica Kangley and Judie Bobbi. The meeting opened at 9:15am.
Board members discussed the Budget for 2011 regarding pay increases for employees. The Board decided on 5% increases plus add a five hours per week position for part time office help @ $15.75 per hour.
Ms. Bobbi reported that the Housing Authority received twelve applications for position of Resident Services Coordinator. Chairman Dufour and Ms. Bobbi reviewed all twelve and decided on the top five applicants to come in for an interview. Ms. Bobbi and Chairman Dufour will interview those chosen this afternoon. The Board was given the top five to review. Mr. Denman made a motion that the Chairman and Executive Director conduct the interview and make a decision on the best choice. Ms. Kangley seconded. Vote was unanimous.
Ms. McLaughlin made a motion to adjourn at 10:30am. Mr. Denman seconded.
