The Annual Meeting was held on June 16, 2010 at Angelico’s Lakehouse.  The meeting opened at 6:10pm.  Members present were Patricia Dufour, Tom Denman, Jo Ann Ewing, Ann McLaughlin, Monica Kangley and Judie Bobbi.  Also in attendance, employee Dion Roccapriore and three guests.

Minutes:  A motion was made to approve the minutes of May 19, 2010 by Ms. McLaughlin.  Mr. Denman seconded.  Vote was unanimous.
Bills and Communication:
Conn Nahro Annual Convention will be held on August 29th to September 1st.
Comcast Cablevision has increased the bulk cable 5% effective with the May billing.
HUD has sent the new income guidelines.  Resolution 1-2010 to adjust the current income limits was presented.  Ms. Ewing made a motion to approve the Resolution. Ms. Kangley seconded.  Vote was unanimous.
Buel CPA has notified the Housing Authority that the annual audit will be conducted on June 22, 2010.
Citizens Bank has credited the new checking account to reimburse the cost of checks, deposit slips and bank stamp.
Cash Report:
Reconciliation Report for Citizens Bank for May 2010 was presented.
Reconciliation Report for Bank of America for May 2010 was presented.
Reports have been reviewed and will be filed for audit.
Old Business and New Business:
Ms. Bobbi and the Board reviewed the Vacant Apartment Check List form and all agree to the format.
Light pole painting is continuing and a quote was given by Ralph Gross to remove the towers at $375 each.  A motion was made by Ms. McLaughlin to approve removal of towers.  Ms. Ewing seconded.  Vote was unanimous.
RFP draft has been reviewed.  Ms. Bobbi will bring paperwork to Attorney for a legal opinion.
Sidewalks are being replaced along Governor Bill O’Neill Drive.   A motion was made by Ms. McLaughlin to send a letter to Public Works and Town Manager signed by Board members.  Ms. Kangley seconded.  Vote was unanimous.
Bellwood walk-about list with the mentioned trees.  A decision will be postponed till the July or August meeting.
Ms. McLaughlin asked Ms. Bobbi to check what is happening with the Weatherization Program.
Day of Caring – we will let it go by this year as we do not have anything specific to ask for.
A refurbished hard drive was installed at Bellwood.  It was purchased from Kaplan Computers in Manchester at the cost of $265 which includes Windows XP.
The modem on the computer at Chatham had to be replaced as it no longer worked.
Vacancy – one tenant moved out at the end of May and the apartment is rented as of June 21st.

Tenant Commissioner:
Ms. Kangley noted that there are some spots at Bellwood that need to be reseeded.

Adjournment:  Mr. Denman made a motion to adjourn the regular meeting at 6:45pm.  Ms. Ewing seconded.

Annual Election of Officers for 2010-2011:
Elections opened at 6:46pm
The Secretary cast one vote for the slate of officers nominated at the May 19, 2010 meeting.

Treasurer – Ann McLaughlin
Motion was made by Ms. Mclaughlin to adjourn at 6:48pm.  Mr. Denman seconded
