A meeting was held on February 20, 2008. The meeting opened at 6:35pm. Members present were Patricia Dufour, Stacy Brown, Monica Kangley and Judie Bobbi. Jo Ann Ewing was absent and there is one vacancy on the Board.
Minutes:
A motion was made by Ms. Brown to accept the Minutes of January 16th. Ms. Kangley seconded. Motion carried.
Bills and Communication:
The Housing Authority received a dividend check from Housing Authority Insurance in the amount of $269.76.
Millenium Water gave a quote of about $200 to replace the pH probe at Bellwood Court.
Shannon Cardwell submitted her letter of resignation as RSC. She has taken a full time job with a nursing home.
Letter was sent to East Hampton Fire Department thanking them for the new number signs at Chatham Acres.
Letter was sent to the Knights of Columbus thanking them for the Spaghetti Supper that was delivered to Bellwood Court and Chatham Acres.
Cash Report:
Ms. Bobbi presented the cash report for January. Ms. Brown made a motion to approve. Ms. Kangley seconded. Motion carried.
Old Business and New Business:
The Chairman, Ms. Dufour and Ms. Bobbi interviewed and hired Laurie for the position of RSC. Ms. Izzo started on Feb. 11th.
The valve on the water system at Bellwood Court has been repaired by Lee Taylor.
Ms. Bobbi reported that a copy of the year end Financial Statement was sent to the Town Hall along with a copy of the 2008 Budget and the Annual Report for 2007.
Ms. Bobbi requested to purchase a file cabinet for the Chatham Acres office. She also requested to go out for a quote to turn the coat rack space into an office closet. Board members were all in agreement.
Ms. Kangley made a motion to adjourn at 7:05pm. Ms. Brown seconded.
