Present: Chairman David Simko, Richard Brown, Dean Michelson, Richard Dufour and Leroy Goff
Others Present: Chief Paul Owen, Assistant Chief Marty Swan, Deputy Chief Ken McGahee, Fire Marshal Rich Klotzbier, Jason Swan, Hunt Voelker, Charles Spakowski, Matthew Walton (Board of Finance), Rob Rainville, Donovan Antalik and Mike Rich
David Simko called the Annual meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. at Company #1 on Barton Hill Road.
Election of Chairman: Mr. Simko opened the floor to nominations for Chairman. Leroy Goff nominated Richard Dufour . Dean Michelson nominated David Simko. Mr. Simko closed nominations and took a vote by a show of hands.
Elections of Secretary: Mr. Simko opened the floor to nominations for Secretary. David Simko nominated Richard Brown. There were no other nominations. Chairman Simko stated that since there were no other nominations the office of Secretary will go to Richard Brown.
A motion made by Dean Michelson to adjourn at 7:02 p.m. and seconded by Richard Brown. Vote 4-0 all in favor and 1 abstention.
