Present: Chairman David Simko, Richard Brown, Dean Michelson, Richard Dufour
Absent: Leroy Goff
Others Present: Chief Paul Owen, Assistant Chief Marty Swan, Fire Marshal Rich Klotzbier, Phil Visintainer, Joe Guest, Charles Spakowski, Lou Harris and Mike Rich.
David Simko called the Annual meeting to order at 7:08 p.m. at Company #1 on Barton Hill Road.
Election of Chairman: Mr. Simko opened the floor to nominations for Chairman. A motion was made by Dean Michelson seconded by Richard Brown, to nominate current Chairman, David Simko. There were no other nominations. Dean Michelson, seconded by Richard Dufour made a motion to close nominations. All members in favor of David Simko for Chairman. Vote 3-0 and 1 abstention.
Elections of Secretary: Mr. Simko opened the floor to nominations for Secretary. A motion was made by Richard Brown to nominate Richard Dufour for secretary seconded by Dean Michelson. There were no other nominations. Richard Brown seconded by Dean Michelson motion to close nominations. All members in favor of Richard Dufour for Secretary. Vote 3-0 and 1 abstention
A motion made by Dean Michelson to adjourn at 7:08 p.m. and seconded by Richard Brown. Vote 4-0 all in favor.
