Annual Meeting Minutes
September 17, 2007
Present: Chairman David Simko, Dr. Richard Brown and Dean Michelson
Absent: Matthew Walton and Richard Dufour
Others Present: Fire Chief Chuck Stickler, Assistant Chief Steve Palmer, Deputy Chief Greg Voelker, Fire Marshal Phil Visintainer, Martin Voelker
Chairman David Simko called the Annual meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. at Company #1 on Barton Hill Road.
Election of Chairman: Mr. Simko opened the floor to nominations for Chairman. A motion was made by Dr. Richard Brown seconded by Dean Michelson, to nominate current Chairman David Simko as Chairman. There were no other nominations. Dean Michelson, seconded by Dr. Brown made a motion to close nominations. All members in favor of David Simko for Chairman. Vote 3-0.
Elections of Secretary: Mr. Simko opened the floor to nominations for Secretary. A motion was made by Dr. Brown to nominate Matthew Walton for secretary seconded by Dean Michelson. There were no other nominations. Dean Michelson, seconded by Dr. Brown motion to close nominations. All members in favor of Matthew Walton for Secretary. Vote 3-0.
A Motion made by Dean Michelson to adjourn at 7:01 p.m. and seconded by Dr. Brown. Vote 3-0 all in favor.
