Ethics Commission Regular Meeting
Wednesday, March 21, 2012
Town Hall Meeting Room

Minutes

Present:  Chairman David Gizewicz, Vice Chairman James Valad and Robert Kilpatrick; Alternate Mila Smith; Recording Secretary Cathy Sirois.

Not Present:  John McBrearty

Call to order and Pledge of Allegiance:  Chairman Gizewicz called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room.  All stood to recite the Pledge of Allegiance.

A motion was made by Mr. Valad, seconded by Mr. Kilpatrick, to seat Mila Smith as an alternate to fill the open seat.  Voted (3-0).

Approval of Minutes:
A motion was made by Mr. Kilpatrick, seconded by Ms. Smith, to approve the November 16, 2011 Regular Meeting minutes as written.  Voted (4-0).

Chairman’s Communications:  None

Discussion of Web Page Update:
The Commission discussed their town webpage. Frequently Asked Questions and the Ethics Commission ordinance will be added to the web page.  

Discussion of Presentation to Council:
The Ethics Commission is scheduled to present to Town Council on July 10th.  Mr. Gizewicz will put together a draft presentation and will review it with the Commission prior to the presentation.

Discussion of Administrative Procedures:  None

Other Business to Consider:   None.

Adjournment:
A motion was made by Mr. Kilpatrick, seconded by Mr. Valad, to adjourn the meeting at 6:55 p.m.  Voted (4-0).
