Design Review Board Regular Meeting

Unapproved Minutes
1. Call to Order: Chairman Hill called the Design Review Board meeting to order at 7:04pm
Present: Scott Hill; Chair, Kevin Burnham, Mary Anne Ciriello (alternate), Michael Allstadt, and Gary Hall (alternate)
Absent: Diana Marsh; Vice Chair due to a family emergency and Linda Axline
2. Seating of Alternates:
Mary Anne Ciriello and Gary Hall were seated
3. Approval of Minutes:
Scott Hill moved to strike Approval of Minutes, December 7, 2007 Regular Meeting, March 12, 2008 Regular Meeting, and May 14, 2008 Regular Meeting from the agenda and ad Approval of Minutes, April 28, 2008. Motion was seconded by Mary Ann Ciriello. Motion passed unanimously.
Scott Hill moved to table the approval of the minutes dated April 28, 2008 and June 11, 2008 until the next regular scheduled meeting. Motion was seconded by Kevin Burnham. Motion passed unanimously.

7. Old Business
A. DRB Guidelines
The members of the Commission reviewed the changes that have been made to the proposed DRB Guidelines. Chair Hill requested Mary Ann Ciriello to review the Planning and Zoning regulations for any conflicts to the DRB Guidelines. Michael Allstadt
to review the signage, Gary Hall to review the site plan approval process and combine it all together, and Kevin Burnham to review and discuss the streetscape components with the Streetscape Committee. All members will report back at the next regular
scheduled meeting.
B. Streetscape Committee
Mr. Burnham reported the Streetscape Committee did not meet last month. Nothing to report at this time.
C. Update on the May 27th Town Council Meeting
This item was discussed at the June 11, 2008 regular meeting.

9. Adjournment
Kevin Burnham moved to adjourn the DRB meeting at 7:44PM. Motion was seconded by Michael Allstadt. Motion passed unanimously.
