The Cemetery Board typically requests $5,000 in the budget. The funding was removed by the former Town Manager but there is a verbal agreement that if funding is needed for the cemeteries, funding up to $5,000 will be made available through Public Works. There was discussion about possibly placing $5,000 in the capital improvement program for a sinking fund for property purchases.
