Minutes
Present: Board of Finance Chairman Matthew Walton, Town Council Chairperson Susan Weintraub, Board of Education Member Joanne Barmasse and Finance Director Jeff Jylkka.
Also present: Facilities Manager Frank Grzyb, Public Works Director Keith Hayden, Police Chief Matthew Reimondo, Fire Chief Paul Owen and Assistant Superintendent Kevin Reich.
Call to Order
The Capital Committee meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. in the East Hampton Middle School Library.
Capital Plan Discussion and Recommendations
Mr. Jylkka reviewed the 2012-2013 Proposed Capital Plan. The department heads present reviewed the items pertaining to their areas and answered questions.
The Committee will review the Capital Plan presented and another meeting will be scheduled in the next couple of weeks to approve the plan.
Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
