Discussion of Council’s function – meeting once a month, review of the mission statement & first steps for the council, would like to have specific tasks, perhaps separate from our ultimate goals and duties, Beth’s schedule and the councils, new members?, review of our duties & responsibilities – discussion of the commissions make-up, our purpose,

Action - Usage of a Secretary, rotating chair and residency

New business: Discussion of arts calendar – website – contract out?, put out bid?, who does the town website?, logo?, photos, will there be an administrator?, newspapers,

PSA – reaching out, announcing the commission, general purpose, call to artists for their info, invite to meetings, who will they contact
