MINUTES
Attendance: Kyle Dostaler, Barbara Moore, Derek Johnson
Call to Order at 6:40 pm.
Motion by Ms. Moore to go into executive session for interview of candidates for Commission on Aging, Arts & Cultural Commission and Parks and Recreation for appointment or re-appointment. Motion seconded by Mr. Johnson. So voted 3-0.
General discussion and interview of candidates Ann McLaughlin, Elizabeth Sennett, Dan Roy and Deb McKinney.
Motion to leave executive session by Mr. Johnson; seconded by Ms. Moore. So moved 3-0 at 7:26pm.
Motion by Mr. Johnson to recommend to the Town Council to appoint Ann McLaughlin to the Commission on Aging and appoint Deborah McKinney, Dan Roy and Mark Vickery to the Parks and Recreation Commission.
A motion to adjourn was made by Mr. Johnson, seconded by Mr. Dostaler. So moved 3-0. Meeting adjourned at 7:34 pm.
