MINUTES
Present: Chairman Christopher Goff, Thomas Cordeiro and Scott Minnick.
Mr. Goff called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Cordeiro, seconded by Mr. Goff, to enter Executive Session at 6:04 p.m. Voted (3-0).
Exited Executive Session at 6:20 p.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Minnick, seconded by Mr. Cordeiro, to appoint Allen Petell to the Conservation Commission with a term through June 30, 2011 and Patience Anderson and Thomas Sorenson to the Conservation Commission with a term through June 30, 2009. Voted (3-0).
A motion was made by Mr. Cordeiro, seconded by Mr. Minnick to adjourn at 6:24 p.m. Voted (3-0).
