Mr. Goff called the meeting to order at 6:10 p.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Cordeiro, seconded by Mr. Goff, to enter Executive Session at 6:10 p.m. Voted (2-0).
Exited Executive Session at 7:00 p.m.
Adjournment at 7:01 p.m.
