MINUTES
Present: Chairman Christopher Goff, Thomas Cordeiro and Scott Minnick.
Mr. Goff called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
Discussion of Possible Ethics Commission Ordinance Change Regarding Alternates: Mr. James Scroggins, Chairman of the Ethics Commission, discussed the need for additional alternates. Mr. Minnick suggested increasing the regular membership from 5 members to 7 members and keeping 2 alternates. Mr. Scroggins indicated that he will discuss this option with the current Ethics Commission. Mr. Scroggins will be placed on an upcoming Town Council agenda to discuss feedback from Ethics Commission members and for Sub-Committee to present remarks from the Town Attorney.
Discussion of Ethics Commission Vacancies: Currently 2 applications are on hand.
A motion was made by Mr. Cordeiro, seconded by Mr. Goff, to adjourn at 6:17 p.m. So voted (3-0).
