MINUTES
Present: Chairman Christopher Goff and Scott Minnick.
Not Present: Thomas Cordeiro
Mr. Goff called the meeting to order at 5:02 p.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Minnick, seconded by Mr. Goff, to enter Executive Session at 5:03 p.m. for interviews for the Lake Commission. So voted (2-0).
Exited executive session at 5:44 p.m.
Mr. Minnick suggested waiting for more applicants. Mr. Goff suggested filling the position to prevent quorum issues.
A motion was made by Mr. Minnick, seconded by Mr. Goff, to adjourn at 5:49 p.m. So voted (2-0).
