MINUTES
Present: Chairman Christopher Goff, Thomas Cordeiro (arrived 5:35pm), Scott Minnick and Interim Town Manager Robert Drewry.
Mr. Goff called the meeting to order at 5:33 p.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Minnick, seconded by Mr. Goff, to enter Executive Session at 5:34 p.m. to interview individuals for the Economic Development Commission. So voted (2-0).
Exited executive session at 6:00 p.m.
The Commission discussed the Economic Development Commission applicants that were recently interviewed. They will recommend to the Town Council the following appointments:
Kimberley Fontaine with a term through 12/31/2010
David Shulman with a term through 12/31/2009
A motion was made by Mr. Cordeiro, seconded by Mr. Minnick, to adjourn at 6:03 p.m. So voted (2-0).
