MINUTES
Present: Chairman Christopher Goff and Thomas Cordeiro
Absent: Scott Minnick
Mr. Goff called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Cordeiro, seconded by Mr. Goff, to enter Executive Session at 6:07 p.m. to interview individuals for the Middle Haddam Historic District Commission. So voted (2-0).
Exited executive session at 6:24 p.m.
The Commission discussed the Water and Sewer Commission applicants and the Middle Haddam Historic District Commission applicants that were recently interviewed.
A motion was made by Mr. Cordeiro, seconded by Mr. Goff, to adjourn at 6:28 p.m. So voted (2-0).
