MINUTES
Present: Chairman Christopher Goff and Thomas Cordeiro
Absent: Scott Minnick
Mr. Goff called the meeting to order at 6:15 p.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Cordeiro, seconded by Mr. Goff, to approve the minutes from March 20, 2008. So voted (2-0).
A motion was made by Mr. Cordeiro, seconded by Mr. Goff, to enter Executive Session at 6:19 p.m. to interview individuals for the Middle Haddam Historic District Commission and the Water and Sewer Commission. So voted (2-0).
Exited executive session at 8:07 p.m.
Recommendations will not be made until the Sub-Committee completes interviews for the Middle Haddam Historic District Commission.
A motion was made by Mr. Cordeiro, seconded by Mr. Goff, to adjourn at 8:09 p.m. So voted (2-0).
