MINUTES
Present: Chairman Christopher Goff and Thomas Cordeiro
Absent: Scott Minnick
Mr. Goff called the meeting to order at 6:15 p.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Cordeiro, seconded by Mr. Goff, to approve the minutes from December 10, 2007, December 11, 2007, January 7, 2008 and March 6, 2008. So voted (2-0).
A motion was made by Mr. Goff, seconded by Mr. Cordeiro, to enter Executive Session at 6:21 p.m. to interview individuals for the Water and Sewer Commission. So voted (2-0).
Exited executive session at 6:58 p.m.
Recommendations will not be made until the Sub-Committee can interview the third applicant that was not able to attend tonight’s meeting.
A motion was made by Mr. Cordeiro, seconded by Mr. Goff, to adjourn at 7:02 p.m. So voted (2-0).
