MINUTES
Present: Chairman Christopher Goff and Thomas Cordeiro
Absent: Scott Minnick
Mr. Goff called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Goff, seconded by Mr. Cordeiro, to enter Executive Session at 6:10 p.m. to interview individuals for the Parks & Recreation Advisory Board. So voted (2-0).
Exited executive session at 7:20 p.m.
The following recommendations will be made to the Town Council:
Recommend the non-renewal of Lynnae Smith as her term is completed
Recommend reappointment of Richard Norkun with a term through 12/31/2010
Recommend the appointment of Tim Adams with a term through 12/31/2010
Recommend the appointment of Mark Vickery to fill a vacancy with a term through 12/31/08
Recommend the appointment of John Wright to fill a vacancy with a term through 12/31/2010
A motion was made by Mr. Cordeiro, seconded by Mr. Goff, to adjourn at 7:29 p.m. So voted (2-0).
