MINUTES
Present: Chairman Christopher Goff and Thomas Cordeiro
Absent: Scott Minnick
Mr. Goff called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
A discussion was held regarding Douglas Bonoff's attendance as an alternate on the Planning & Zoning Commission. Mr. Cordeiro made a motion to recommend that Mr. Bonoff be removed as a Planning & Zoning alternate based on the Attendance Policy and appoint Darin Hurne to the alternate position to complete the term through 12/31/2010. Seconded by Mr. Goff. So voted (2-0).
Mr. Cordeiro made a motion to enter Executive Session at 6:40 p.m. for Middle Haddam Historic District Commission interviews for Raymond Krupa and Richard Walsh. Seconded by Mr. Goff. So voted (2-0).
Exited executive session at 7:27 p.m.
Interviews were held for the Board of Fire Commissioners with David Simko and Matthew Walton.
Mr. Cordeiro made a motion to recommend the appointment of Raymond Krupa and Richard Walsh as full members of the Middle Haddam Historic District Commission with terms through December 31, 2012. Seconded by Mr. Goff. So voted 2-0.
Mr. Cordeiro made a motion to recommend the reappointment of David Simko and Matthew Walton to the Board of Fire Commissioners with terms through November 30, 2010. Seconded by Mr. Goff. So voted (2-0).
Mr. Goff made a motion to adjourn at 8:05 p.m. Seconded by Mr. Cordeiro. So voted (2-0).
