Present: Chairman Christopher Goff, Thomas Cordeiro and Scott Minnick
Mr. Goff called the meeting to order at 5:45 p.m.
Mr. Cordeiro made a motion to enter into executive session at 5:46 p.m. Seconded by Mr. Minnick. So voted (3-0).
Exited executive session at 6:55 p.m.
Mr. Cordeiro made a motion to adjourn. Seconded by Mr. Minnick.
So voted 3-0.
