Present: Scott Minnick, member and Kyle Dostaler, member
Not Present: Bill Devine
Members of the Public in Attendance: Bunny Simko
Call to order: Mr. Dostaler called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
Mr. Dostaler made a motion to enter into executive session at 6:01 p.m. Seconded by Scott Minnick. So voted (2-0).
Exited executive session at 7:25 p.m.
General Discussion of Candidates: Discussion of qualifications of candidates Alannah Coshow, Michael Gaynor Brogan, and Peter Wall for Appointment/Re-appointment to Town Commissions, Boards and/or Agencies.
Act on any Motion(s) Regarding Executive Session Discussions for Recommendations of Candidates to Town Council: A motion was made by Kyle Dostaler to recommend to the Town Council reappointment of Alannah Coshow to the Inland Wetlands, Michael Brogan reappointment to the Conservation Commission and appointment to the Planning and Zoning Commission to an alternate position; and to reappoint Peter Wall to the Inland Wetlands. So voted 2.0.
Adjournment: Mr. Minnick made a motion to adjourn. Seconded by Mr. Dostaler. So voted 2-0.
