Chairwoman Kehoe called the Meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room, 11 Rye Street, Broad Brook, CT.
ESTABLISHMENT OF QUORUM:
Present: Regular Members Linda Kehoe (Chairwoman), Michael Ceppetelli, Michael Koczera, John Malin, Richard Osborn, Rene Thibodeau, and Michael Sawka.
Unable to Attend: Alternate Members Tina McCarter and Jan Warren.
Chairwoman Kehoe noted the establishment of a quorum with all Regular Members present this evening.
FEE SCHEDULE DISCUSSION:
Chairwoman Kehoe noted the purpose of this meeting is to review the current Inland/Wetlands Fee Schedule to bring same in line with current administration costs while preserving the residential character of East Windsor and complying with the updated Comprehensive Plan of Development.
The Commission reviewed a draft proposal for revision of Permit Application Fees.
MOTION: To CONTINUE review of the Application for Permit Fees to the Commission’s Regularly Scheduled Meeting on November 7, 2007 at 7:30 in the Town Hall Meeting Room, 11 Rye Street, Broad Brook, CT, 06016.
Ceppetelli moved/Thibodeau seconded/VOTE: In Favor: Unanimous
ADJOURNMENT:

Sawka moved/Thibodeau seconded/VOTE: In Favor: Unanimous
