           A.  256 & 260 Scantic Road (Borys Subdivision)Continued application of Frances Borys to conduct regulated activities associated with a 2-lot subdivision.  Total parcel is 12.97 acres, served by private well and septic system.   (65-day application period ends 6/8/07)

       B.  Hayfield Lane (Norton’s Crossing)Continued application of Gaeton Letourneau to conduct regulated activities associated with 10 single family lots.  Total parcel is 16.32 acres, located on the west side of Rye Street approximately 1500 feet from Norton Road, served by public water and septic system.   (65-day application period ends 6/8/07)
