B. 58, 64, 70, 76 & 82 Winkler Road – Continued Public Hearing on the application of LTP Realty, Inc., (Peter Nguyen) to conduct regulated activities associated with a 5 lot single family residential re-subdivision. Total parcel is 17.32 acres, served by public water and sewer. (28-day extended deadline to close hearing ends 3/7/07)
