ZBA #2007-05 – Application of Edward Bonetti, Bonetti Builders, LLC, for property located at 91 Main Street, Broad Brook, owned by Milton and Christine Ainsworth, for a variance of Section 18 Residential Bulk and Area Requirements to allow a proposed front deck within the front setback   [B-2 zone]

ZBA #2007-06 – Application of Victor Proulx, for property located at 260 Scantic Road, owned by Frances Borys, for a variance of Section 5.1.12 Enclosures for Housing Livestock, to allow a horse barn within the required side setback.  [A-1 zone]
