The Volunteer Incentive Committee meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. at the Broad Brook Fire House.
Motion: to appoint Ron Masters and Gil Hayes as Co-Chairman
Madigan/Dove/unanimous
The current program was reviewed and there was discussion that payouts and supporting data is needed. Both Fire Chiefs need to submit final quarter before payments can be made. Chief Barton is checking to see if three quarters had been submitted for payment.
The next meeting is scheduled for May 15, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. at the Broad Brook Fire House.
Motion: to Adjourn at 8:25 p.m.
