Please be advised on Monday, October 27, 2008 the Volunteer Incentive Committee will hold a Special Meeting at 7:00 p.m. at the Broad Brook Fire House.

1. Accept the Special meeting minutes of May 12, 2008
2. Review and discuss last quarter’s expenditures
3. Review and discuss the 2009-2010 Budget
4. Set next meeting date
