SPECIAL TOWN MEETING
February 7, 2006
A Special Town Meeting of the Town of East Windsor was held on Tuesday, February 7, 2006 at the East Windsor Town Hall. First Selectman Linda Roberts called the meeting to order at 7:33 P.M.
Motion was made by Linda Sinsigallo and seconded by Bill Loos that Linda Roberts preside as Moderator. Motion was made by Linda Sinsigallo and seconded by Bill Loos to close nominations. Both motions passed unanimously.
Town Clerk, Karen W. Gaudreau, read the call to the meeting.
Moderator read the statement of eligibility.

The following resolution was introduced and read by Linda Sinsigallo.
RESOLVED: To adopt a resolution entitled “Resolution Approving Operating Assistance Grant Contract Between the Greater Hartford Transit District And The Town of East Windsor”. Said contract authorizes participation in the Greater Hartford Transit District and provides for transportation services for the elderly and/or handicapped.
Mrs. Sinsigallo moved the resolution, seconded by Bill Loos. Hearing no discussion, a voice vote was taken and the resolution passed unanimously.
With no further business to come before the meeting, Moderator asked for a motion to adjourn.
Motion was made by Bill Loos and seconded by Betsy Burns.
Moderator declared the meeting adjourned at 7:37 pm.
