SPECIAL TOWN MEETING
May 5, 2005
A Special Town Meeting of the Town of East Windsor was held at the East Windsor Town Hall on Thursday May 5, 2005. The meeting was called to order by First Selectman, Linda Roberts at 7:35 P.M.
Motion was made by Ken Crouch and seconded by Mark Simmons that Linda Roberts preside as Moderator. Motion was made by George Butenkoff and seconded by Warren Wenz to close nominations. Both Motions passed unanimously.
Town Clerk, Karen W. Gaudreau, read the call to the meeting.
Moderator read the statement of eligibility to vote.

The following resolution was introduced and read by Linda Sinsigallo.
Resolved: To approve an appropriation of $50,224 to the Police Department salary
accounts to cover newly negotiated contract. Funds to be taken from the contingency fund.
Mrs. Sinsigallo moved the resolution, seconded by Ken Crouch.
Hearing no discussion, Moderator called for a voice vote and the resolution was unanimously approved.
With no further resolutions to be acted upon, George Butenkoff motioned to adjourn, seconded by Warren Wenz.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:35 P.M.
