MARCH 4, 2009 - SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
EAST WINDSOR POLICE COMMISSION
CALL TO ORDER:
The East Winsor Police Commission held a Special meeting on Wednesday, March 4, 2009 at the East Windsor Police Department for the purpose of conducting interviews.
Chairman Cliff Nelson called the meeting to order at 10:10 a.m. with the following members present: Linda Sinsigallo, Lorraine Devanney, Richard Sherman and Joseph Sauerhoefer. Also, present was Chief Edward DeMarco.
EXECUTIVE SESSION:
A. MOTION: Linda Sinsigallo made a motion to go into executive session for the purpose of conducting interviews. Seconded by Richard Sherman. In Favor: Sinsigallo, Devanney, Sherman, Sauerhoefer and Nelson. Unanimously passed.
The Commission came out of executive session after interviews were completed.
MOTION: Linda Sinsigallo made a motion to hire Dave Simoes pending successful completion of the remainder of the hiring process. Seconded by Joseph Sauerhoefer. In Favor: Sinsigallo, Devanney, Sherman, Sauerhoefer and Nelson. Unanimously passed.
ADJOURNMENT:
MOTION: Linda Sinsigallo made a motion to adjourn at 10:50 a.m. Seconded by Richard Sherman. In Favor: Sinsigallo, Devanney, Sherman, Sauerhoefer and Nelson. Unanimously passed.
