CALL TO ORDER AND ATTENDANCE
The Special Meeting of the East Windsor Police Commission was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Vice-Chairman Linda Sinsigallo. Commissioners Barton, Devanney and Simmons were present along with Chief DeMarco and Maria Diana-Root, Administrative Assistant to the Chief. Chairman Sherman was not present.
NEW BUSINESS
2007/2008 Budget(s)
East Windsor Police Commission
The proposed 2007/2008 budget for the Police Commission was reviewed and discussed by all members present. A motion was made by Commissioner Simmons, seconded by Commissioner Devanney to approve the proposed 2007/2008 budget for the Police Commission which includes a 3% increase for the recording secretary.

East Windsor Police Department
The preliminary budget for the East Windsor Police Department for the fiscal year 2007/2008 was reviewed and thoroughly discussed by all members present and Chief DeMarco.
Taking into account the current fiscal climate of the Town of East Windsor there are very few changes from the 2006/2007 budget with the exception of contractual obligations.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Personnel Matters
A motion was made by Commissioner Simmons, seconded by Commissioner Devanney to go into Executive Session at 8:35 p.m. to include Chief DeMarco for the purpose of a discussion of Personnel Matters.

A motion was made by Commissioner Simmons, seconded by Commissioner Devanney to come out of Executive Session at 8:45 p.m.

No action taken.
ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Commissioner Simmons, seconded by Commissioner Devanney to adjourn the Special Meeting of the East Windsor Police Commission at 8:50 p.m.
