NOTICE OF ACTIONS
The Meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room, 11 Rye Street, Broad Brook, CT. by Chairman Ouellette
ESTABLISHMENT OF QUORUM:
A quorum was established as three Regular Members (Lorraine Devanney, Joseph Ouellette, and James Thurz), and one Alternate Member (Travis O’Brien) was present. Also present was Town Planner Whitten.
EXECUTIVE SESSION:
Interviews for Incentive House Study Consultants:
Four consultant firms were interviewed. After much deliberation, a consensus was made to offer the contract to one of the consultants.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:51 p.m.
