Minutes
CALL TO ORDER AND ATTENDANCE
The meeting was called to order at 7:58 p.m. by Chairman Karen Boutin. Commissioners LaMay, Lamb, Legassie and Percoski.
REVIEW OF BY-LAWS
There have been no changes to the by-laws
ELECTION OF OFFICERS
The nomination for Karen Boutin as Chairman was made by Commissioner Percoski.
Being no further nominations for Chairman, a vote was taken by the Commissioners present and Karen Boutin was unanimously elected Chairman of the Board for the ensuing year.
The nomination for Barbara LaMay as Vice-Chairman was made by Chairman Boutin
Being no further nominations for Vice-Chairman, a vote was taken by the Commissioners present and Barbara LaMay was unanimously elected as Vice-Chairman of the Board for the ensuing year.
The nomination for Pauline Legassie as Secretary was made by Commissioner Percoski.
Being no further nominations for Secretary, a vote was taken by the Commissioners present and Pauline Legassie was unanimously elected as Secretary of the Board for the ensuing year.
The nomination for Beverly Percoski as Treasurer was made by Chairman Boutin.
Being no further nominations for Treasurer, a vote was taken by the Commissioners present and Beverly Percoski was unanimously elected as Treasurer of the Board for the ensuing year.
As there is a 5 member board and only 4 officers, a motion was made by Chairman Boutin to appoint Commissioner Lamb as Master at Arms of the Housing Authority. The motion was seconded by Commissioner LaMay.

Vice-Chairman Barbara LaMay
Secretary Pauline Legassie
Treasurer Beverly Percoski
ANNUAL REPORT
The Annual Report was reviewed and submitted at an earlier meeting.
ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Commissioner Percoski, seconded by Commissioner LaMay to adjourn the Annual Meeting of the East Windsor Housing Authority at 7:57 p.m.
