ANNUAL MEETING - OCTOBER 19, 2004
MINUTES
CALL TO ORDER AND ATTENDANCE
The meeting was called to order at 7:10 p.m. by Chairman Karen Boutin. Commissioners LaMay and Legassie were present. Vice-Chairman Percoski and Commissioner Mezzetti were not in attendance.
ADDED AGENDA ITEMS
There were no Added Agenda items.
REVIEW OF BY-LAWS
The existing By-Laws for the East Windsor Housing Authority were reviewed by all commissioners present.
It was a consensus of all commissioners present that since the Annual Report needs to be filed with the State of Connecticut and the Town of East Windsor by the end of the fiscal year that the Annual Meeting should be changed from the 3rd Monday of October to the 3rd Monday of April starting with fiscal year 2005/2006.
ELECTION OF OFFICERS
A motion was made by Commissioner LaMay, seconded by Commissioner Legassie to continue with the current slate of officers for the ensuing year. The officers are as follows:
Chairman - Karen Boutin
Vice-Chairman - Beverly Percoski
Secretary - Barbara LaMay
Treasurer - Pauline Legassie
/ Since Vice-Chairman Percoski was not present, Chairman Boutin read a
letter from her accepting the office of Vice-Chairman.

ANNUAL REPORT
The Annual Report for fiscal year 2003/2004 was reviewed by all Commissioners present and accepted. A copy of the Annual Report will be forwarded to Connecticut Housing Finance Authority and the Town of East Windsor.
ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Commissioner LaMay, seconded by Commissioner Legassie to adjourn the annual meeting of the East Windsor Housing Authority at 7:30 p.m. and to go back to the order of the regular meeting.
