Board of Finance Regular Meeting
April 15, 2009
Present: Jack Mannette, Bob Little, JoAnn Kubick, Jason Bowsza, Marie DeSousa, Al Floyd, Adam Mehan and Kathy Pippin.
Meeting called to order at 7:30
Minutes of March 11, 2009 were approved unanimously after corrections for spelling of several names, motion by Kubick, second by Bowsza.
Minutes of 3/23/2009 meeting were unanimously approved after a motion by Kubick and second by Bowsza.
Minutes of the town department budget presentation were unanimously approved after corrections for spelling of names on a motion by Bowsza and second by Pippin.
Minutes of the March 31 meeting on the Selectmen’s budget recommendations were unanimously accepted after corrections on a motion by Bowsza and second by Kubick.
Minutes of April 1, 2009 were accepted with one abstention by Kubick on a motion from Floyd, seconded by Bowsza.
Minutes of the budget presentation of 4/7/09 were unanimously accepted after a motion by Bowsza and a second by Kubick.
Minutes of the budget workshop with the BOS of 4/8/09 were unanimously accepted after a motion by Bowsza and a second by Kubick.
There was no public input.

New Business – A motion to transfer to suspense the uncollectible unpaid taxes ($115,274.45) was unanimously approved on a motion by Mannette and a second by Little.

Meeting adjourned at 7:52 on a motion by Bowsza and second by Little. Vote was unanimous to adjourn.
