Minutes of April 29, 2008 Special Board of Finance Meeting
The meeting was called to order by Marie E. DeSousa at 6:05p.m. at the East Windsor Town Hall, 11 Rye Street, Broad Brook, CT.
Present were Jack Mannette, JoAnn Kubick and Marie DeSousa BOF members.
Present was Kathy Pippin, BOF Alternate.
Absent were Jason Bowsza and Robert Little BOF members.
Absent was Leo Szymanski, BOF Alternate
Motion made by Jack Mannette to appoint Kathy Pippin as a full voting member for this meeting 2nd by JoAnn Kubick – motion carried.
Motion made by Marie DeSousa to appoint Jack Mannette to the police contract negotiation team to replace Noreen Farmer 2nd by Kathy Pippin – motion carried.
Motion made by JoAnn Kubick to cancel the May 7, 2008 BOF meeting to consider recommendation and suggestions from public hearing of May 6, 2008 2nd by Jack Mannette – motion carried.
Motion made by JoAnn Kubick to reschedule the May 7, 2008 meeting to consider recommendation and suggestions from public hearing of May 6, 2008 to May 12, 2008 at 7 0’clock as a joint meeting of the Board of Selectmen and Board of Finance 2nd by Jack Mannette – motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
