Mr. Crouch called the Board of Selectmen meeting to order at 7:30 p.m., at the East Windsor Town Hall, 11 Rye Street, Broad Brook. Mr. Catino called the Board of Finance meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
BOARD OF SELECTMEN MOTION:
To enter into Executive Session at 7:30 p.m. in accordance with Connecticut General Statutes Section 1-200(6)(b) involving pending litigation, to include members of the Board of Selectmen, members of the Board of Finance, as well as Attorney Stephen Penny and Attorney Joshua Hawks-Ladds.

ALL MEMBERS IN FAVOR. MOTION CARRIED.
BOARD OF FINANCE MOTION:
To enter into Executive Session at 7:30 p.m. in accordance with Connecticut General Statutes Section 1-200(6)(b) involving pending litigation, to include members of the Board of Selectmen, members of the Board of Finance, as well as Attorney Stephen Penny and Attorney Joshua Hawks-Ladds.
