The Board of Finance Special meeting was called to order at 8:30 pm at the East Windsor Town Hall.

APPOINTMENT OF ALTERNATES:
MOTION: To accept Jack Mannette as a full voting member replacing Tammy Sorensen-Duray for this evening.

APPROVE FY 2007 BUDGET AND SET MILL RATE:
MOTION: To approve Fiscal Year 2007 General Fund Budget of $28,466,684 and set the mill rate for Fiscal Year 2007 at 27.8123.
