The Board of Finance special post Public Hearing meeting was called to order at 9:15 pm at the East Windsor Middle School.

The following Motions were presented at this meeting:
Motion: To recommend to Town Meeting a General Fund Budget for Fiscal Year 2007 of $28,466,684.00, which represents a mill rate increase of .8153 which is a 3% increase in taxes.
