The Board of Finance Special Meeting was called to order at 7:20 p.m. at the East Windsor Town Hall.

APPOINTMENT OF ALTERNATES
Motion: To accept Leo Szymanski as a full voting member replacing Al Floyd for this evening.

NEW BUSINESS
Appointment of Replacement for Position Vacated by Al Floyd.
Motion: To appoint Noreen Farmers of 247 South Water Street, East Windsor, CT as permanent replacement for Al Floyd's vacated seat, term to expire Nov 30, 2007.
Mr. Catino / Ms. DeSousa/ Unanimous 5/0/0 vote
There was a brief discussion of Ms Farmer's qualifications
