PUBLIC HEARING
MAY 1, 2007
The legal voters of the Town of East Windsor are hereby warned that the East Windsor Board of Finance will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 1, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. at the East Windsor Middle School, 38 Main Street, Broad Brook, CT for the purpose of allowing any elector or taxpayer to be heard concerning appropriations for the year beginning July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008 for all boards, commissions and departments of the Town of East Windsor as recommended by the Board of Finance.
The recommended FY 2007-2008 total Town Budget is $30,720,361 to be allocated:
General Government $ 9,866,535
Sanitation & Waste Removal $ 699,000
Debt Service $ 2,080,788
Capitol Improvement $ 569,321
Board of Education $ 17,504,717
The estimated amount to raised by taxation is $ 21,979,340
