To recommend to the Board of Finance a transfer of $115,000 from the capital account Site Acquisition (#1-08-55-1025-7-799) to the capital account Site Improvement (#1-08-55-7-799-0473-0) contingent upon the condition that the Park and Recreation comprehensive priority plan is presented to the Board of Selectmen at the October 18, 2005 meeting.
