ELDERLY COMMISSION MEETING

Meeting Minutes of November 28, 2005:
I. Attendance:
Present: Claire Badstubner (Chairman), Elizabeth Burns (Municipal Agent)
Absent: Cheryl Littlefield, H. Stuart Woodard, Catherine Drouin (Vice-Chairman), Karen Boutin
II. NO MEETING DUE TO LACK OF QUORUM
III. Ms. Burns confirmed with Selectman Linda Roberts that the Elderly Commissions’ Tax Credit/Deferral proposal will be on the Selectman’s agenda for their Tuesday, 12/6/05 meeting. Ms. Roberts confirmed that it would be.
IV. Ms. Badstubner & Ms. Burns will reconfirm with the members (at the January, 2006) meeting that the current meeting day and time is still agreeable with everyone.
V. Adjournment
12:00pm, Chairman Badstubner dismissed today’s attendees and confirmed there is no official meeting today, due to lack of quorum.
