March 25, 2009
I. ESTABLISHMENT OF QUORUM
Members Present: Eric Moffett, Jim Richards, Josh Kapelner and Richard Covill
Members unable Matt Crossen and Michael Maloney

The meeting began at 7:10 p.m. in the library at the East Windsor High School, 76 South Main Street. The purpose of this meeting was to discuss the proposed budget that will be presented to the Board of Finance and Board of Selectmen tonight starting at 7:30.
II. DISCUSSION:
Proposed 2009-2020 Budget
The EDC members reviewed copies of the existing and proposed budget. This was discussed by the members. They briefly discussed whether to cut money from their budget at this time. Mr. Kapelner said you need to spend money to make money. It was agreed that they would make the presentation as is and that all of the members would come up to the table to present their budget. One of the EDC members asked what happens next. Ms. Whitten said that the Board of Finance and Board of Selectmen will discuss it and come back with their recommendations.
The meeting ended at 7:30 p.m.
