Ms. Nelson called the meeting to order on Wednesday, September 24, 2008 at 7:30 p.m. at the East Windsor Town Hall

A. Elect a Chairman
MOTION: To elect Denise Menard as Chairman
Made by Ms. DeSousa, seconded by Mr. Simpkins
B. Next Meeting Date
MOTION: It was agreed the next meeting date will be Thursday, October 30th at 7:00 p.m.
